I "bought" two Bruno Mars tickets that were supposed to be in PDF format for me to print.I received two tickets that look like mobile tickets and with words spelled wrong on them!!
I called Customer Service and spoke to Brian who was nothing short of THE rudest Customer Service agent. I actually had to ask - Am I speaking to Customer Service? I then rec'd an email to fill out a survey explaining my experience and then I laced in to them. I never rec'd a call or an email.
I also mentioned I was going to dispute the charge on AMEX once it came through.Don't give them a dime of your money!!!
