I "bought" two Bruno Mars tickets that were supposed to be in PDF format for me to print. I received two tickets that look like mobile tickets and with words spelled wrong on them!!
I called Customer Service and spoke to Brian who was nothing short of THE rudest Customer Service agent. I actually had to ask - Am I speaking to Customer Service? I then rec'd an email to fill out a survey explaining my experience and then I laced in to them. I never rec'd a call or an email.
I also mentioned I was going to dispute the charge on AMEX once it came through. Don't give them a dime of your money!!!
